Return shipping is free for damaged/defective items.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

EU Customers
For orders shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel their order within 30 days without providing a reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
